Perfect policing. Not only has he ensure that women won't break the law again, but that the child is safe. What good would a ticket have done? Only made it harder for her to get a booster..

But then again I spent my childhood in an '84 F150 so if I was in a crash I'da been boned booster seat or no. :v:
