You also have to remember that not everyone lives where the age for drinking is 21, cannabis would probably be 18+ like alcohol is here.

That's not what I'm talking about, every study that has hinted at negative side effects of cannabis has led the researchers to the conclusion that it is far more likely to have negative impacts if you smoke it before you are fully developed, ie.21-23 years old depending on some genetics I'm not gonna go into :)

He's getting angry because more harmful substances aren't illegal and because even the controlled(As per driving & such) ones of those legal substances can hinder proper driving more, even if staying beyond the legal intoxication level to drive. Furthermore there's nothing in the Ops text that indicates using cannabis in a way harmful to others(Unless of course you take my previous posts in this thread into account) the only harmful thing about dealing illegal safe drugs is the fact that they are illegal, not because you can be punished but because the black market just doesn't stand up to the standards that commercial products has to fit. For instance, a few years back some shitheads thought it'd be a good idea to cut some hash with lead powder(Hurr durr it's heavy), which naturally resulted in a bunch of people feeling not so very well. That is the only recorded danish incident in which cannabis use has resulted in long term illness, and even a fucking retard can see what is at fault for that happening; the legislation.
