In my opinion the Cloud's Buster Sword is the best even though is so big and ridiculous.

A lot of lighter one handed swords bend easily. They are a lot stronger than you would think though.

The buster sword was pretty cool but it looked incredibly shoddy and cheap, probably just because of how massive it is though.
Gimli's axe made from Damascus steel is far superior
