From his Facebook:
With the massive purchases of almost 3,000 new armored vehicles (MRAPs) and 1.6 BILLION rounds of ammunition, with associated weapons, who in the U.S. do they intend to kill? Short answer: You and me! Anyone they think is standing in their way to impose a new Marxist government! Anyone who stands for the U.S. Constitution! We must demand that our representatives (Senators and U.S. Representatives) stand firm and immediately force, by law if necessary, the DHS turn over their arsenal of war making equipment to the Department of Defense. Nothing justifies this massive arms build up of an agency whose jurisdiction is internal within the United States of America! They are preparing to go to war against American citizens!
http://www.examiner.com/article/army-officer-obama-s-dhs-intends-to-kill-you-and-me Additional this is an excerpt from the letter he written to a senator, not quted in the article:
.... It is with gravest concern that I write to you today concerning the recent appropriation of weapons by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) that can only be understood as a bold threat of war by that agency, and the Obama administration, against the citizens of the United States of America. To date, DHS has been unwilling to provide to you, the elected representatives of the People, justification for recent purchases of almost 3,000 mine-resistant ambush-protected (MRAP) armored personnel carriers, 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition (with associated weapons), and other weapons systems, when, in fact, the DHS has no war mission or war making authority within the limits of the United States of America. ...... the Obama administration is deliberately defunding, overextending, and hollowing the Department of Defense; the only legitimate agency of the U.S. government with a war mission. This act of the Obama administration stands as a glaring threat of war against our nation’s citizens! This act of the Obama administration can only be understood as a tyrannical threat against the Constitution of the United States of America! If left unresolved, the peace loving citizens who have sworn to defend the United States Constitution “against all enemies, both foreign and domestic” are left no option except to prepare to defend themselves, and the U.S. Constitution, against this Administration’s “coup” against the People and the foundations of liberty fought for and defended for the past 238 years. We have no choice if we honor our oaths. ....
I don't know for what reasonthe juvenile communities around gaming sites would still be defending the status quo of their little window of perception after such a bold move right here. Good people of the internet have been saying this about DHS for a long time now. Well, whatever other's opinion is, I know one thing for certain, I'll be prepared. Also moderators should really take note of internet shills that definitely would want to derail this thread (and me) no matter what. Silencing this would amount to censorship. EDIT: Full letter at his fb post here: http://www.facebook.com/notes/terry-michael-hestilow/re-department-of-homeland-security-dhs-and-that-agencies-preparation-for-war-aga/10151339181433869 (User was banned for this post ("Posting even more unreliable crap that agrees with his conspiracy theories....
I know one thing for certain, I'll be prepared.
Is your life so lacking that you're resorting to rebellion fantasies?
1.6 BILLION rounds of ammunition
In terms of what we're dumping out there in the sandbox, that's child's play.
Obama buying APCs, therefore new Marxist Government
Obama buying APCs, therefore new Marxist Government
are you some commie leftie or something?
In terms of what we're dumping out there in the sandbox, that's child's play.
That is enough amunition for a 30 year war. Compared to Afghanistan/Pakistan/Iraq Unfortunately, the information about 1.6 billion was outdated, it's actually over 2 billion by now.
Uhhh I'm not sure if I should take the examiner seriously
You guys realize the examiner is based on user contributions, right? Anybody can write pretty much anything. Quality control is non-existent and limited to removing spam and anything that causes riots. [editline]25th March 2013[/editline] You're also helping the idiot who wrote this article get paid when you view it.
Oh god the comments... the comments!
