i've made them all in .ico but i fucking cant be fucked uploading a pack anywhere so if you want to make one yourself then:

EASY AS FUCK WAY TO MAKE .ICO FILES
download Axialis IconWorkshop and do this

copy png into new 512x512 document
Draw > Add several image formats from this image
Select what you want
Hey Presto save that shit.

i just noticed that gmod has a pixel length not covered on the bottom left, but if you're talking about killing floor, i didn't smudge the bottom that's what the cover looks like
