New Hydrophobia Trailer - General

Remember that game where it looked like it had amazing water effects? There's a new trailer now, and it's going to be released (as far as I know) only on Xbox Marketplace. Wow, that voice acting was terrible. Water was cool though.

Water is pretty cool, but in no way dynamic.

water physics =/= dynamic water

That's the point of hydrophobia. The water will be contained and flood rooms if a door is opened etc.

The water is partially dynamic. It still looks like it is a block confined to one area. But inside that it reacts to explosions and things dropping in it. Its damn impressive.

Well the water is pretty cool indeed. But judging by the voice acting, the presented to us story and gameplay, it looks like they based off a whole game around that "advanced" water. Kill me, but it looks dull.

But it looks like it's going to be one of these games that the most important thing on the Dev's mind was a single new feature, while the rest is generic.

The people on Youtube are saying the graphics are bad. What the fuck, does everything need to be Crysis-level graphics to be called "good" nowadays?
