Oh wow that's the first time I've seen a game require something like that as a recommended specification.
I'm happy, I got a 6-core proc, 16gb of ddr3, and 2 gtx 460s.
Edit: 15+ people are jelly, 2+ people acknowledge the awesomeness, 1 person is also a winner.
Wow, this just made me much more likely to buy it..
Specs look quite high for a multi-platform game. I'm worried.

Way to waste money on RAM you won't ever use as a gamer.
We already knew that.
I have to say again, I FUCKING LOVE Bethesda.
Looks like this is gonna be a well ported title filled with awesome. Can't wait.
Good specs.
Also, Bethesda's developing this? I'm worried about the animations! /bandwagon

According to a guy at pax east, there's 3 Seperate teams working on the PC, Ps3, and 360 Versions.
So it won't feel like a port.
I also played this at Pax and i was impressed with it (even though it was the 360 Version)

Bethesda is only publishing it. Splash Damage is the dev.

I wish people would make that mistake less, I mean Bethesda makes good games but it would be nice for people to give credit where due.

If there is no Xbox 360 version of Brink then that is your answer.
To why its the first time.
Jesus, my computer got old fast, it is literally the recommended build instead of being masses over it.
Didn't BC2 recommend a quad core?
I'm hard right now...
I read the title as 'Brink will use Railworks' and I shuddered.
Feels good to be better than the recommended.
I think Valve and Bethesda have developed a very close relationship over the years.

Are you kidding? That would be fucking awesome.
I hope this means Skyrim will have a Steam launch and Steamworks too.

I don't just use it for gaming, I run a multi-tude of virtual servers and Operating systems that require me to allocate it.
Also you say waste money, How can I waste something I never spent?
I won this build.

This is the first time I have ever seen a game that's minimum requirements are greater than my PC. Fuck. I need to upgrade.
Its using VAC? Fuck yea, I thought I we might have to put up with that gamespy bullshit.
