Well obviously the man had some kind of view supporting his actions. As stated above maybe it is some kind of metaphor, maybe it symbolises something.

All I’m trying to say is that you could give the common courtesy to the creator to look into his work before you make such snobbish comments.
Too often in Facepunch do I see people dismissing unconventional things because they’re weird, however people don’t even hesitate to brand something as art just because its pretty.

And really, all he is doing is sitting in a room talking to himself and smearing clay on his face, I couldn't give two shits if this is meant to be art to some pretentious hipsters, to most people doing this is considered being fucking insane

As a student illustration & graphic design I consider this art. It sparkles my inspiration. What could be behind this? What is he trying to convey, does this mock esthetics?
