Who fucking cares if he cheated on his wife? Yeah it is fucked up but none of our business. I can't even believe how many people got butthurt and the media frenzy behind his whole affair. All the people who went out of their way to try and ruin his career and such.
Plus you have no idea if he's learned from his mistakes or if there was a lot of other issues leading up to his affair. Going on a moral crusade on one person just because he's in the limelight as opposed to the millions of other people in the United States is both incredibly stupid and incredibly disingenuous - he's just as human as the rest of us.

At the worst he'll get a titanium post put in and have a brand new tooth put on it. He has the money.
I looked it up and it looks like that tooth was already miscolored compared to his other teeth and people had been talking about it
so it's possible that tooth was already a fake one and that's why it was knocked out easily. which also means it's easy to replace
