Song I made with FL Studio - General

Started with FL studio recently.. This is one of my first things I've created.. it's not finished entirely yet..feedback please? [url]http://www.muziboo.com/blue7flame/music/tight-shi-/[/url] Also, does anyone know a better place where I can upload music?

It's too slow, makes me wonder if someone is going to start sing. The baselike at the end was nice though.

Piano is too loud, also it needs more reverb also, do not use FL Keys... it sounds like shit. Also, the bass is clipping as hell, try to limit it to -2db

I suggest about -6 to be honest. it's far more reasonable

Also, the song is clipping like a bitch in some parts, especially the bass, it's like a bass clusterfuck

Sorry my speakers don't have great bass so I did not realize that it would be so choppy. I'll fix that.. What else is there to use thats not FL keys?

It sounds like you used some stock FL sounds. I'd recommend avoiding those as much as possible. Then you've got that THX-sounding sweep in the middle and it hits a note that doesn't fit with the song. I would recommend using fruity Soundfont Player and downloading some nice soundfonts- a good one is called something like "Splendid" but I'm not sure. It's hosted in .sfk format so you need to download a decompressing device to convert that to .sf2. [editline]03:39PM[/editline] Good places to upload include soundcloud and bandcamp. Also, you can try Newgrounds for listens from random strangers, and Youtube if you want people to listen without having to leave Facepunch.
