Most trials that go on to a second or third retrial end favorably for their defendant, partly because the admissible evidence has been narrowed down and the defense has been more able to prepare. I am about 90% sure that the "evidence" is a screenshot from /b/.

They have no real motivation to fabricate evidence against the kid. Its not like its a seriously high profile case like the OJ case or anything. Its a nameless idiot teenager most people had already forgotten about.
