God bless you for playing fair, Bernie. I'm scared for this country.
Didn't he say that since he first starting running that he'll vote for the democratic nominee? So this shouldn't really come as a surprise.
Read: This is not an endorsement. This is as much as him simply saying "I won't be voting for Trump".
He's going the Chomsky route. Yeah, she is bad, but Trump is much worse. And haven't it historically been shown that voting third party increases Republican chances?
He's going the Chomsky route. Yeah, she is bad, but Trump is much worse. And haven't it historically been shown that voting third party increases Republican chances?
Not specifically Republican chances, but any time you split a two-way vote three ways instead, you will generally sap more votes from one side than the other. If another Republican tried to run independent and some Trump voters ran to him, it'd increase Clinton's odds.
He's going the Chomsky route. Yeah, she is bad, but Trump is much worse. And haven't it historically been shown that voting third party increases Republican chances?
Adding on to what Grenadiac said, a third party could potentially steal from both major parties enough to take the majority. I don't think we've had two candidates equally hated by so many people in a long, long time... or maybe ever.
Well, it's official: he just confirmed all the cuck memes people say about him as true. Clinton represents everything that supporters of his movement hate. And now he's bowing down to her and the establishment. Trump is the only hope left for America. (User was banned for this post (""cuck" shit" - Big Dumb American))

And now he's bowing down to her and the establishment. Trump is the only hope left for America.
How is he bowing down to her and the establishment? She shares at least some of his views, so in his eyes, she's going to be the lesser of two evils. Do you honestly expect him to not vote and give Trump a greater chance? Or go for an independent, lessening the Democrats chance of victory?
I'm sorry but if you use the word "cuck" unironically I can't take you seriously.
You do realize it has a real definition in politics, right? Meaning someone who sells out to the other side and abandons the platform they claim to stand on. And I merely said that people who called him cuck may have a point as he has just proven.
I'm sorry but if you use the word "cuck" unironically I can't take you seriously.
People with a cuck fetish make me feel uncomfortable... ... JumpinJackFlash said without the faintest hint of irony, being completely sincere in his statement.

Well here's a candidate willing to continue the fight:

He's not going to endorse Stein as that would split the vote and gain Trump a better time in November. Remember orgornot, his goal is to defeat Trump, not help Clinton win.
Mansplaining has a definition too but that doesn't mean I'm going to take it seriously.
Because the very definition of that word is ridiculous: "a man explaining something to a woman". Whereas the word cuck, when used in politics means someone selling out, which is a real political issue that happens a lot and is discussed both in media and in political debates. Most Bernie supporters would agree with Dr. Jill Stein more than Hillary.

They're both retarded terms.
You should vote for the candidate you agree with.
You should vote for the candidate you agree with. Most Bernie supporters would agree with Dr. Jill Stein more than Hillary.
The candidate he agrees with most is Not Trump.
Orgornot, how exactly is Trump the only hope left for America? He's probably never even heard of Citizens United, much less would be willing to appoint supreme court justices committed to overturning it. He opposes wage increases, supports privatization of student loan debt, and disgraces the very idea of tolerance and compassion by turning it into a pejorative bastardization of "political correctness." He is the very embodiment of the vile cause ("All for me, none for everyone else") that causes frightened people to turn on each other rather than uniting against their common enemy. I mean I totally agree with you that the system is fucked and needs to be changed, and I hate Clinton as much as anyone here, but a vote for Trump is every bit as much against our own interests as a vote for Clinton. It comes down to this: I say we stick to our principles and vote for Jill Stein. And if Clinton wins, fine. I hope she enjoys her four years of power, because while she's busy pleasing her corporate masters, we'll be building progressive movements in local and state governments across the country. We're coming back in 2020, and next time we won't be sabotaged by superdelegates and voter purges. But when the time comes, I want to beat these fuckers with a clear conscience. I don't need Trump to do it for me.

Unlike the other candidates who just want to serve their donors and special interests. Make no mistake, the choice in this election is between taking back the government from the special interests, or surrendering the last scrap of independence to their total and complete control.

Bernie talked about this a lot but was afraid to really attack her, so he failed. Donald Trump will show no such restraint.

Now, before he ran for president, and always. He has no interest in making our country great again, only in gaining power and wealth for himself. Maybe get information about our election from a source other than Trump rallies before you go on regurgitating his rhetoric. There are plenty of other posters here with very legitimate reasons as to why they're not voting Clinton, but so far all you've done is try to imitate Trump's dialogue. Unless you're just pretending to be a brainwashed Trump supporter to get a rise out of people.

This could be a speech from today and you wouldn't know the difference. The same thing applies to Bernie Sanders, which is why I say they're similar. (Well until now when he bowed his head and gave up)
I'm sorry but if you use the word "cuck" unironically I can't take you seriously.
Like anybody was taking him seriously before?
Make no mistake, the choice in this election is between taking back the government from the special interests, or surrendering the last scrap of independence to their total and complete control.
Mistake? Dude. The only mistake is that we continually let ourselves believe the system can be beaten by replacing its figurehead. Vote Trump and make America great again, right? As if it could be that simple. Democrats fell for the same trap in 2008. How, specifically, will Trump change anything? Will he overturn Citizens United? Will he fight for a single-payer healthcare system? Don't tell me you think he'll reject special interests because of his unwavering integrity?
