Pokemon Black and White - This shits not just for kids anymore. - General

Hey guys! Okay, so recently I imported the new Pokemon White version, and all I can say is WOW. This game is a lot more in-depth than previous games. First off, the pokemon actually move nonstop in battle. Good job Nintendo, only took you like eight years to figure that one out. Theyre only 2-D sprites, but they look good even when the camera (Which also is different than previous games) moves around the field. According to Game Freak, it took them a year and a half just to do the plot, and all i can say is its fucking awesome. You start off like all the other games, but this time you have two rivals, and a third (N) that has the power to control pokemon, giving him a different team every time you face him. Instead of the usual 'Take over the world!' theme, they want to free pokemon from slavery. Only problem is, theyre AMISH. Pokemon is Blue & Red. And a little yellow. All other is digimon

That grass starter pokemon should be a water type. That fire starter pokemon should be a grass type. That water starter pokemon should be a fire type.

Eeeh, Black and White looks good and I will get them no doubt, but I wouldn't say they're "not just for kids" or anything, seeing as they're still very oriented at children.

I've always liked Pokemon. I'll probably pick this up.

Stopped caring about pokemon since all games are pretty much identical. They just add a few new pokemons that look terrible and call it a day.

I remember I used to play Ruby quite a lot.

In my opinion after 3rd gen it started to go downhill.

Some of the new pokemon are a bit rubbish Some are pretty great like the chandelier and the gear (the final evolution looks quite good) Still going to buy it when it comes out over here.

In 5 years, Pokémon will be a post-apocalyptic survival game.
