not hipsters really, more like carefree college kids. they're not being snooty or anything, they are just playing along.

I wish they would've confronted them with the fact that the bands didn't exist.

Two Door Cinema Club is a real band and actually played at Coachella 2013. [media]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=21ty3tBCvls[/media] It's kinda dumb to hear people laughing at someone who was hyped for them. He really wasn't bullshitting when saying he played them on his radio show. But DJ cornmeal is not an actual album by them, so the guy kinda fucked up there.

The Reddit user said he called his old roommate to ask him if it was fake or if the reporter really said a bullshit name and the roommate said it wasn't faked. The Reddit user also posted a picture of the old roommate he had as verification that he knew him.
