Yeah, there's a folder for your own mp3-files. They appear on the iDroid Cassette-thing and you can set any of them to be your extraction theme.

How do you set extraction themes and such?
I really want this game because it looks cool, do I need to have played any other MGS game for it to make sense?
I played like 30 minutes of snake eater before my attention span got the best of me but I'm willing to put in the effort to play ground zeroes/phantom pain if they don't relate to the other games too much

Pay the series respect and play all of them, that way you will get most enjoyment from MGSV.
Oh man I was gonna hold out till I get a PS4 to play this but I might just get the PC version instead.

That's what's stopped me playing so far, the immense amount of thought that went in to these games would be ruined if I started near the end
