"I think the core Halo fans will recognise key moments from the universe never shown in the game. They're moments where people wanted more depth. That's where this fits."
The Halo Legends films will launch on Xbox Live this autumn. Microsoft will then team up with Warner Bros for a release on DVD, Blu-ray and "other digital platforms" in early 2010.[/quote]

Oh child, why do they need an anime about Halo? They're already wringing as much cash out of the series as they can with Wars, ODST, and Reach. The only thing Halo related that I care about is Red vs. Blue. Maybe if every canon game weren't EXACTLY THE SAME, it'd be something interesting.

Didn't they say before that Halo 3 was going to be the last Halo game? Now they made Halo Wars and ODST + Halo Reach are now in production.
It depends how they do it for me, aslong as it's not all ^_^ (what it probably isn't going to be) I'd prolly watch it, I've always found the Halo universe pretty interesting, the games were fun for what they were, kinda "average" but still fun.
See, I love stuff that Hayao Miyazaki's makes and I liked Avatar: The Last Airbender, that's anime influenced.

I'll reserve judgement until this thing is out.
Studio 4°C is involved and they've done some pretty amazing stuff.
I'm a huge Halo fan, and I know many of you don't like it, but everyone has there own tastes I guess. Well, the point is, I am so angry about hearing this. Shitty memorabilia is one thing, such as the whole "Halo 3 Mountain Dew," but I finally think Microsoft has completely sold out the Halo series. Maybe the might have when they made Halo Wars to some people, but the point is, I'm angry, and I'm seriously considering dropping the series from my list, and that's coming from a guy who read all the books, bought all the limited editions and was just in love with the Universe, not just gameplay itself.
