Actually the system failed. Hamilton envisioned one of the Elector's responsibilities as preventing unqualified person from taking office. They did not do this.
The Electoral College was not made to "Prevent crazy people from winning,"
it was made to prevent states like California from deciding every election. Glad to see the system doing its job

Actually, Hamilton's viewpoint was more that it would get rid of corruption at the [I]voter[/I] level, not the candidate level

I can't wait to see another war started because my leader didn't know what tact and diplomacy was! Extra bonus points if it's due to a twitter tantrum. I am willing to bet that something really shitty happens because of Trump. I don't want it to, but I'm willing to bet.
I'm sure liberals will find some other delusion path for Trump to not be president anymore.
