It's the same way some casinos are always suspicious of MIT students, some of them might know how to better their chances in completely legal ways that nobody has thought of yet.

It isn't really garbage as he is always honest that all he does is misdirection, psychology and stuff like that. Also as he is revealing how he does it on Friday he obviously isn't trying to say it is something it isn't. Watching Evening of Wonders now on E4. Still can't get over how brilliant he is to actually makes his stuff works, he is so calm and so fast at putting ideas in your head, small little hints to one side that you don't notice and key words that fit into his normal speech so well is far behind what anyone else can do.

Derren Brown is a genius, I love him.
