This kid is 15 years old and has arms like those. Is it good to be lifting so young or should he take it easy.
why do you care about him and explain how it could be bad
Isn't puberty actually the best time to start lifting in your life because of all those hormones you have running through you or something?
I knew white kid 15 year old with bigger arms than that
why is their skin colour relevant?
white power
And all he did was pull ups and hanging bar stuff
wtf hes not even big
Like at all
and he's got a pot belly
gj retard
I thought that vid was posted as a joke
Then there was a serious question afterwards and you have 1 post.
heh
hes gonna die

Yes
i started lifting when i was 13
i was curling 130 when i was 16
yeah i was a curlbro for a long time but i got a sweet set of arms to show for it now
as long as you produce testosterone, it is fine to lift, do not trip potato chip
i never got why curlbros even exist
if you want to look big and strong, i'd say the chest is the most important
Everything is important. Fuck yall
You'd think curlbros would realize triceps are really what make arms look big. Sure, being able to flex and show off a big bicep is "cool" and all, but if you want to fill out sleeves you should gun for triceps. They're easier to develop too, in my experience.

I have a friend taht has no triceps but has huge biceps. he looks fucking stupid when he flex.
Shoulders and traps are the muscles most responsible for creating the illusion of size/strength
hth look at tom hardy in Bronson. He's not actually that big in Bronson, but his traps are jacked which gives him the illusion of being a beefy fucker. Then of course there is Warrior where his traps should've had an oscar nomination for best horror film.
I have xbox hueg traps like Hardy does in Warrior (good genetics) but my shoulders are seriously lacking (poor genetics) which makes that whole situation look strange. Working on it though. Really gotta focus on my shoulders for them to get better, but all I gotta do is look at weights and my traps grow.
That was bullshit his biceps aren't even that big.. and puberty is the BEST time in your life to start lifting.

There's nothing really special about the period in regards to muscle building, other than the fact you have a bunch of free time because your parents support your dumb unappreciative ass.

It's never impossible to find the time to lift no matter how old you are. It just depends on how motivated you are to do it.
Having more free time as a teen has nothing to do with it.
