Jesus Christ. :ohdear:. And people in the suburbs never realize the issue we have with limited drinking water because they have seemingly endless amounts, cheap.
I'd personally never had a kid if I lived there (Then again, I don't here). I'd hate the thought of bringing life to a place where life can't be lived.

This situation is particularly sad because humanitarian aid just makes these people suffer more.We feed and provide enough for the people to grow above their lands carrying capacity so they become more sensitive to droughts like these, and more dependant on foreign aid that only keeps the cycle going.
