*spoiler alert* This is REAL huh? Looks pretty sick whats you guys opinions. Damage and graphics look amazing aswell.
Yes that is real
why does the landing gear stay down? the streets look fairly empty when flying the plane flies ridiculously slow, for a jet plane, in the trailers it looked like it flew much faster? the world still looks pretty big hard to judge the full game just by a plane ride, I'm sure everything else is top notch

I don't think it's gonna load everything in when you're that high. The landing gear may affect speed, I dunno.
Not sure if he was accelerating. Didn't look like it. The map does look big indeed but infact ingame its 10x bigger.
Is it just me or does the Car handling seem to have taken a step backwards from that of GTA IV's?
I hate how you automatically become wanted when you go to the air strips. They're the only large empty places where you can drive cars at high speeds.
Still waiting for Grove Street to be found, I hope it's in the game
Still waiting for Grove Street to be found, I hope it's in the game
It was announced a loooooong time ago. [sp]It was tooken over by the ballers[/sp]
Is it just me or does the Car handling seem to have taken a step backwards from that of GTA IV's?
No it's better than 4. 4 was just too wobbly and hard to maneuver.
Oh so they're the "takes off after 10 ft" type of planes. Kinda annoys me but I guess its better for a game like gta.
If you guys watched the leaked stream, everything looks amazing, the streets are perfectly populated depending on area and time of day and the car handling looks near perfect.
No it's better than 4. 4 was just too wobbly and hard to maneuver.
I disagree. 4's car controlling was difficult to learn, but once you mastered it you were an unstoppable, unarrestable force of speed and drifting, and that felt amazing.
Is it just me or does the Car handling seem to have taken a step backwards from that of GTA IV's?
it's a sports car, so it's naturally going to stick to the road and be maneuverable as fuck
it's a sports car, so it's naturally going to stick to the road and be maneuverable as fuck
And you can buy car upgrades to improve what you think needs improvement with the car, handling etc
I hate how you automatically become wanted when you go to the air strips. Just how going to cities you arent supposed too yet gets you 6 stars.
I disagree. 4's car controlling was difficult to learn, but once you mastered it you were an unstoppable, unarrestable force of speed and drifting, and that felt amazing.
I know this, I spent a lot of time learning how to master it, but it's still shit compared to fives.
it's a sports car, so it's naturally going to stick to the road and be maneuverable as fuck
But even when going over little bumps in that video it didn't seem to bounce it just...moved up and then straight back down. And it just seemed kind of...dull driving wise. Maybe it's just me.
Oh yeah. It all depends on what a car you use. Sports cars - Easy to move faster etc. Normal Cars not that grippy etc.
But even when going over little bumps in that video it didn't seem to bounce it just...moved up and then straight back down. Maybe it's just me.
I mean, cars shouldn't "bounce", especially the way they did in GTA IV, but I have to agree that when it went over the curb, it didn't look animated at all.
I seriously need to stop watching this stuff its only building up my hype even more.
I disagree. 4's car controlling was difficult to learn, but once you mastered it you were an unstoppable, unarrestable force of speed and drifting, and that felt amazing.
I got really good at the driving too but it was still shit. motorcycle was ridiculous though
Yeah real. I already downloaded and burned it for my Xbox 360. Don't worry though I pre-ordered it for my PS3. (User was banned for this post ("Warez" - Craptasket))
Yeah real. I already downloaded and burned it for my Xbox 360. Don't worry though I pre-ordered it for my PS3.
I can't believe you would admit to piracy
There's a video of the first mission too. [sp]Snow confirmed! At least in one mission[/sp]
Is it just me or does the Car handling seem to have taken a step backwards from that of GTA IV's?
I take that you haven't been in the GTA megathread for the past 24 hours?
I can't believe you would admit to piracy
What? I'm supposed to act like some saint around here? I downloaded the game, only to receive my legitimately purchased copy later. Boohoo.
Is it just me or does the Car handling seem to have taken a step backwards from that of GTA IV's?
If by backwards you mean less exaggerated and less boat like then yes.
What? I'm supposed to act like some saint around here? I downloaded the game, only to receive my legitimately purchased copy later. Boohoo.
it's warez
