Bill O'Reilly is a smug egotistical asshole, to start. Bill O'Reilly after spending most of his time both on his own show and on his other appearances on Fox patting himself on the back for his interview with Obama, decided to auction off his interview notes (as in, what he planned to ask obama, it's basically just a short list of subjects) for $10,000 calling it "a piece of history", while also selling copies of the notes for $20.

Colbert then mocked this by "stealing" Bill O'Reilly's microwave to also auction it off, claiming it had value as something used by Bill O'Reilly, while selling printed out pictures of the microwave taken on an iPhone for $10. That's just the excuse to do some charity donations.
