Okay why did Daft Punk show up in the "Others who use it" little bit. They don't, if I recall correctly they use a vocoder, even then, the songs that used it were released [B]long[/B] before the whole fad hit. They've been using that goddamn style since the early 90s. Way to do research.

As far as I know, T-Pain brought it to hip-hop and mainstream, whereas Daft Punk were using it for years but in a different genre.
