Alright, I've had this idea for a while but I finally implemented it in website form and now I'd like to try and take it one step further and actually get it in use out in the wild. It's basically just a big social experiment to see how we can blend offline/online interfaces using public bathroom stalls. Here's the prototype: http://www.stalldiaries.com/ As you can see, it's a simple little site where you create a link for a bathroom stall. You would then take a sharpie or something and write the URL (something like stalldiaries.com/petesbar) on the wall of the stall. Then, when other people came into the stall they'd see the URL and go to it on their smartphone. It's kind of like a secret online/offline note passing. Let me know what you think and feel free to get involved with labeling stalls in your area. Updates: -Added geolocation -Added photo upload to stall creation -Flood time Here's a sample one: http://www.stalldiaries.com/highschool Rate dumbs if you like my idea!

Lets not, and say we did.
Sounds kinda cool, but eh I don't know.
I don't want to help chimps migrate. They are happy where they are now.

This is just like when I was a kid and I had all these secret clubs which only had my friends in them!!! This is stupid.
Haha you bought a domain and everything
This looks crappy
Haha you bought a domain and everything
$8....woo [editline]10th March 2011[/editline]
This looks crappy
How so..it's very minimal as it's optimized for phones.
I guess guerrilla movement is perhaps too powerful of a term... Perhaps, "underground club" is a better term..however that just sounds juvenile. Ho-hum
You know, the reason why is sounds juvenile is... because it is juvenile.
A guerilla movement? Like, perhaps...making
That said, chances are it will become a phenomenal craze that will sweep the world.
That said, chances are it will become a phenomenal craze that will sweep the world.
Unlikely...however, passive aggressive notes is a similar site that went crazy. When I first started Troll Science I didn't think that it would be crazy either. But, the $1800 check from the ad company this month proves differently. This bathroom stall site is more of just a fun little social experiment. That's the phrase I should have used....social experiment. Much better than guerrilla movement. Oh well, pile on the boxes.
Is this "Troll Science?" http://trollscience.com/ Yeah, it is just popular because of trolls on the site.
Is this "Troll Science?" http://trollscience.com/ Yeah, it is just popular because of trolls on the site.
Who cares why it's popular as long as it's profitable and sustainable.
Then, when other people came into the stall they'd see the URL and go to it on their smartphone.
Uh yeah I think this is where your plan fails the test of actually working. Unless you put like "FOR MANLY LOVE BE HERE MARCH 10th, X PM SHARP" And then when they try and run away hire a trucker to slap a piece of paper into their hands saying they've been invited to a super cool club of totally-not-rapists This website sounds an organization of totally-not-rapists

I know that when I see website names written in random places I quite often look them up.
I wouldn't, unless its interesting.

I will be the explosives expert with a Scottish accent.
Haha you bought a domain and everything
Damn...
It's a neat idea, but the whole "guerilla" thing is retarded. You should have described it initially as what it is, which is actually kinda cool.
http://www.stalldiaries.com/highschool/ its a highschool bathroom stall.
I am a guerrilla bible warrior
I have a red bandanna, can I join?
Tomorrow I will submit a patent application for this idea, in the event that this becomes successful and you make money.
Seemed sort of a cool idea in a graffiti-sharing sense, but then I read the front page of the site. This could have been kinda cool, but you executed it horribly. [editline]10th March 2011[/editline] Also, stalldiaries.com/adamjon858isamoron Found in Random stall straight away. xD
If you mix acetone and peroxide you can create an explosive
