It's been on youtube since last December, but it doesn't seem like anyone's posted it here yet. [sp]gotta love the betrayal scenario starting at 13:40 and the best ending leading up to it[/sp]
"Hey you wouldn't be having premarital sex in this graveyard would you?" oh man this is gold.
wait why the fuck do they have a mechanic where jason walks under water he fucking hates water its his damn kryptonite
wait why the fuck do they have a mechanic where jason walks under water he fucking hates water its his damn kryptonite
because if people could just flee to the water and treat it as a safe haven, the balance would be pretty messed up
wait why the fuck do they have a mechanic where jason walks under water he fucking hates water its his damn kryptonite
He does go in the water though. I'm not going to even try and remember which film it's in, but the Teens climb in a boat to escape, he follows them into the lake and gets his head mulched by a boat propeller.
wait why the fuck do they have a mechanic where jason walks under water he fucking hates water its his damn kryptonite
He's been in water multiple times. The only way you'd think this is if you'd only watched Freddy Vs Jason.
He's been in water multiple times. The only way you'd think this is if you'd only watched Freddy Vs Jason.
literally every single movie has a scene where Jason confronts his fear of water. Even Jason X. They shoehorned in an entire holo-deck for a scene to simulate a place where there is water. edit: okay I just checked i forgot he is in the water a lot in jason takes manhattan
He streamed the game with Charliewinsmore and Bedbanana on its release
[t]http://i.imgur.com/Sck88cY.png[/t] This face is probably more terrifying than Jason himself.
Once the servers stop shitting the bed, the game will probably be a lot of fun. It will take a couple of rounds to get a hand of the map and gameplay strategy
Ugh even though I hate online-based games I might have to get this, it just looks too good
This game is a lot of fun despite the mixed ratings it got. Being Jason is especially great.
Ugh even though I hate online-based games I might have to get this, it just looks too good
it's alright but it's best played with friends
This game is a lot of fun despite the mixed ratings it got. Being Jason is especially great.
Any idea what aspects the negative ratings are for, is it mostly price point being too high?
Any idea what aspects the negative ratings are for, is it mostly price point being too high?
That and the game is pretty buggy.
So which is the better game Dead by Daylight or this game?
So which is the better game Dead by Daylight or this game?
Friday the 13th. Dead by Daylight was fantastic after they fixed the initial matchmaking issues, and then they promptly ruined it with some of the worst design decisions I've ever seen, and ridiculous developer incompetence. This includes, but is not limited to: - Making a killer that literally broke all the rules in the game and removed Survivor agency while doing nothing to fix the game's various issues other killers faced - The game running on code seemingly made of spaghetti-os, with hard coded variables that took them ages to fucking change - The game erasing your local save files, the developers being woefully incompetent at restoring them or even having any backups and spending months to restore them in some players' cases - Completely ignoring community feedback from top level players, even after setting up a Discord with the specific intent of 1:1 communication - Adding fucking numerous outright broken perks to the game and making each expansion an arms race of who can out-cheese the other side - Using other said outright broken perks as bandaid fixes to gameplay issues, creating much much more in the process - Taking months upon months to fix the basic rectifiable gameplay issues (Such as Trapper being able to trap survivors under the hook, making freeing them incredibly obnoxious) - Only fixing the matchmaking issues where your server location was purely based on your Download Region, in a peer to peer game, when the game was basically dead - Being arrogant as shit on their developer streams and pretending major, frequently complained about problems with the game weren't really problems at all, some times going as far as telling people to "git gud" And the list goes on.
I've enjoyed F13th a lot more than Dead by Daylight. Strictly comparing the release states of both, F13ths maps and objectives are a lot more compelling than Dead by Daylight. Frantically trying to floor the car and dodge Jason is scarier and more fun than quietly fixing generators. Jumping through windows and desperately barricading a home vs. vaulting tiny window ruins. F13th does need more polish and some balance tweaks, but it feels stronger as a core game than Dead by Daylight
