A husband and wife have been found guilty of plotting a terror attack in London ahead of the 10th anniversary of the 7 July bombings.
Mohammed Rehman, 25, discussed targeting the London Underground and Westfield shopping centre on social media under the name "Silent Bomber".
Chemicals for bomb making were found at his Reading home, the Old Bailey heard.
He and his wife Sana Ahmed Khan were convicted of preparing terrorist acts. They will be sentenced on Wednesday.

During his trial, jurors heard a tweet sent from Rehman's account said: "I've rigged my house to blow at the push of a button by my bedside if the popo [police] try to raid man. Nobody gets in the way of my jihad."
An undercover investigator discovered Rehman had asked on social media whether he should target "Westfield shopping centre or London Underground".
Rehman told the investigator he was planning a martyr operation, jurors heard.

Rehman conversed with the undercover investigator in a private conversation online, asking "how dumb these kuffar are lol" and - after confiding in the investigator he was preparing for martyrdom - whether he wanted to join him or go the "lone wolf route".
He also tweeted: "Now I just make explosives in preparation for kuffar lol and when I've made the required amount I'll be wearing them on my chest."
Rehman fled to a local Co-op when police descended on him on 28 May. He was stopped by armed police and claimed there was nothing dangerous in his home before telling officers he had rigged up a bomb that could be triggered by the touch of a button at his bedside, threatening: "Nobody gets in the way of my jihad."
Officers instead discovered a Jihadi John-style hunting knife and chemicals for a massive bomb which was days away from completion, including 10kg or urea nitrate, a highly explosive chemical that could have caused multiple fatalities if detonated, jurors heard.
To top it off, I think that pic he tweeted is just some shit he found on google or something, here's the actual video of him testing his bomb:

Some people are dumb.
Those tweets feel like some awful parody. Glad they were caught at least
How fucking stupid do you have to be
"how dumb these kuffar are lol"
The irony hurts.
This is some Four Lions level of stupidity.
Rubber Dinghy Rapids, man.

I lost it. Made me think of that scene in Team America, "I'll put a jihad on you!"
What a moron.
"how dumb these kuffar are lol"
Comedy gold, folks.
That's a special kind of retardation right there.
How fucking stupid do you have to be
Honestly the type of person who would blow themselves up to kill other people probably has to be at least a little bit retarded. We've invented things specifically to kill other people quite effectively while also reducing personal risk to the user, it's not even a new concept.
I know the Rehman games got kinda bad after the rabbit things, but this is going too far.
I'm glad some would-be terrorists are morons.
That video at the bottom oh my god
I've had more powerful explosives going off in my street on the fourth of July
tbh if he went through with it I honestly see him blowing himself up and that's it
Cool clock Mohammed!
his terrorist god is currently facepalming in their heaven
Authorities later found Adolf Hitler-style cyanide capsules and an Attila The Hun-style belt, as well as a box of nails only hours away from being glued to the outside of a bomb to create shrapnel probably.
lock him up and throw away the key please
This is literally Four Lions. This is basically the exact plot of a parody film. It's unbelievable how stupid this guy is
It's just a prank bro
This Jihadi fad is so passé.
Rehman's parents told the BBC's Duncan Kennedy they had seen no sign of any connections with radical Islam, although they said their son did become isolated and was smoking and drinking in the months before his arrest.
His mother said she would "never forgive" her son for planning the attack.
His father, who moved to the UK in 1980, said he had "no idea" his son was carrying out test bomb blasts.
Ouch, I feel bad for the parents.
Glad the guy has been caught, but jesus christ he doesn't seem like the brightest bloke.
who knew that people willing to blow themselves up because a book told them to would be synonymous with stupidity
Probably almost as dumb as when an ISIS guy took a selfie outside a stronghold in Iraq and then the US bombed it to kingdom come the next day
"Silent Bomber"
Not silent enough after all I guess.
He just seems like a ISIS wannabe judging from the article, even his extended family thought he was a total fucking idiot.
How the fuck can you waste your life like this
Probably almost as dumb as when an ISIS guy took a selfie outside a stronghold in Iraq and then the US bombed it to kingdom come the next day
What's funny is that guy was being monitored by "ISIS watchers" who routinely look at photos and stuff and then try to track what's going on over there. Somebody noticed that he was taking selfies and shit as he was moving around, he took one outside the compound, and then they figured out exactly where he took the pictures using Google Maps.
I'm sure that whoever got that information passed to them laughed their ass off before passing it further up the "bomb these motherfuckers" grapevine.
even ISIS is shaking its head
"nobody stands in the way of my jihad"
it's just a prank kuffar
