Ok, so here's how it goes. Someone posts the initial MS Paint-drawn picture:

Then someone else mutates it.
You can mutate it by changing parts into those of another person/animal/thing - in this case a lobster claw.

You can mutate it by changing the size of parts.

Hell, you can just mutate it by changing minor aspects of it.

Bonus points for making whatever has been drawn react to its mutations (e.g. changing facial expressions) or for giving amusing reasons for why whatever evil spirit is inflicting these punishments is targeting the drawn object (e.g. "She's wearing Ugg Boots!")
Save as .PNG, and one change per post [i]please[/i] (so one limb/facial feature/piece of clothing etc). Penises/boobs/whatever are allowed provided you can draw them ok and they're amusing. If your contribution is too crappy you may be skipped. Oh, and :siren:no anti aliasing - we're looking at you, Windows Vista paint.:siren:
We won't go for a declare system - it takes too long. Just randomly put something on. It'll get chaotic, but just use the latest version and then if you really like what someone else has done then you can add it on.
Oh, and don't be afraid of changing the height or something. If you want to replace those legs with a teeny tiny tentacle, go ahead!
