As for the whole mspaint/it not being that thing, it's basically yhe same thing as mspaint excpet for the input (stylus) and the functionality (not as flexible, for example there's only one back move)
I think is the best and doesn't afraid of anything.

You should add more detail on the little things instead of half-assing it, like the stands or the Earth. Most of it's pretty good though.
Try to work on lines, thinner and smoother.
I think you simplify the people a bit too much. Maybe add more detail to proportions and anatomy. But otherwise I really like the spaceman one.

The pose is still weird and the environment is bumpy and unclear. Make sure you use smooth confident lines leaving no pixels floating around.
I guess it really all depends on what kind of look you're after. Some of history's most famous impressionists don't really do detail and thats ok. On silhouettes I'd maybe grab some good ones from Google images and see whats going on.
I liked the astronaut, give him tats and he will have astronauks.
