In answer to your question, you need to burn 7000 calories to lose 1 kg of body weight. 1 pound = 3500 calories

Well that is wrong. Sugar has 4 calories per gram, so you could say that one calorie of sugar is 1/4 of a gram. But you can't forget about what you are talking about because fat has 9 calories per gram.

Calories are just a measure of how hard it is to burn something, so some substance could have not that much mass but really hard to burn, which would give it a high caloric value. Like I said before, you could say 9000 calories is equal to 1kg of fat (since that are 9 calories per gram of fat), but you have to take into account calories per gram of whatever you are trying to figure out.
There is no exact way to measure how much weight you're gonna lose. But I'll tell you this: if you run for 20 minutes every day and eat in a proper way you won't have to worry.
How to lose weight : Eat less and healthier, move more How to gain weight : Eat more, and move less. How to gain muscle : Eat a lot more, use protein supplements, and move a lot more.

And I know there's a lot more than that to factor in.
