Well hopefully it will dispel some myths. Seems most of what they know about the fandom is from that episode of CSI.
I don't know if I'd ever go as far as to call it a "lifestyle", a hobby, sure, but nothing more than that.
It's not like people wear fursuits all day and act in character all the time.

Yup.
After a few hours of fursuiting,you just want to get out of the fursuit. Fursuits get extremely hot,plus it's only 20% who wear fursuits due to them disliking fursuits or because they cost too much.
I never understood all the hatred towards furries. If you don't like them, just stay away from them. They're not hurting anyone.

I don't understand the hate at all. Seems over the internet people hate on furries,but irl, people go up to me and hug me when i wear my fursuit at cons and charity events
