Shearwater is - I guess you could say - a progressive band from Austin, Texas. They are labeled as indie, expirimental, etc etc but I'd call them Progressive. It was formed by Jonathan Meiburg and Will Sheff 2 members from a band called "Okkervil River". They use a bunch of unique instruments and shit like that.
