The boys are back b'y. March 31st.
Wow they jumped the shark at least three times in this trailer. TPB hasn't been really that funny lately.
hasnt been funnny since season 6
hasnt been funnny since season 6
really lost its steam when Netflix started making them imo, Showcase era TPB is much better
Gotta agree the early seasons were better but to me they're always gonna be relevant because we come from the same province and I'm always excited to see more from them.
If I recall lucy, and J-Roc left the show I don't know if more people did
The Rush episode is the best one.
The trailer makes it look like Bad Grandpa mixed with Reno 911. That said, I'd be surprised if it's actually funny.
yeah i don't know what happened to this show but it's almost become absurdist humour the last 2 seasons were fucking weeeird
The Rush episode is the best one.
That and the two Swayze Express episodes are up there as well
Wow they jumped the shark at least three times in this trailer. TPB hasn't been really that funny lately.
It was never the same after they rebooted it. It's been going downhill a long time.
The show definitely isn't the same without Mike Clattenburg, he generally kept it grounded and added some pathos to it. The difference in tone between the Netflix seasons and the previous two films directed by him are night and day.
Rickyisms are the best part of the show. "Keep your friends close but keep your enemies toaster."
The show truly ended at season 7 with that being said, the last 3 seasons, and this as the fourth, are still enjoyable, they're just a totally different show now though.
Rickyisms are the best part of the show. "Keep your friends close but keep your enemies toaster."
its just water under the fridge
really lost its steam when Netflix started making them imo, Showcase era TPB is much better
Seems like the production value is too high now. The celebrity guest shit just isn't funny at all.
its just water under the fridge
Indianapolis Jones.
God damn racuns getting at my weed I seriously don't even say Raccoon in real life, I just say "Racun" like Ricky
I watch this trailer and I'm like why isn't this in 240p. The beginning of TPB had a production quality that was on par with the quality of a trailer park. Now everything is all shiny and all sorts of celebrity guest stars are involved.
If I recall lucy, and J-Roc left the show I don't know if more people did
Whaaat, J-Roc is out? That sucks balls, his role has remained consistently funny even in the last few seasons while everyone else sort of went downhill.
Awkward trailer, and the music didn't help (had that 90's movie trailer feel, I don't know). It looks like this season might have some ehh plots, and the Snoop Dogg thing was funny at first but now it looks like they'll drag it out.
idk about you guys but ive enjoyed every season almost equally and am pumped for 11 :v:
The show truly ended at season 7 with that being said, the last 3 seasons, and this as the fourth, are still enjoyable, they're just a totally different show now though.
TBH Reno 911 was still good after it was cancelled and remade with a few new cast members but it just wasn't the same once the new members broke into their characters they felt way more likable, and the moment it started being good again, it ended, again
Gotta agree the early seasons were better but to me they're always gonna be relevant because they come from the same province as Arc Nova and he's always excited to see more from them.
I gotta agree with Dr.C here. The early seasons were better but to me they're always gonna be relevant because they come from the same province as me and I'm always excited to see more from them.
Things TPB needs to do to become funny again: 1.) Ditch celebrity cameos 2.) Go back to a shitty 4:3 camera 3.) Stop trying so fucking hard. 4.) Bring back Trevor.
I can't wait for this. The new seasons have been different but I've still really enjoyed em, and I'm sure I'll enjoy this one too.
Bump because the season is now out on Netflix!
