If you're really 27, those are VERY weak numbers. Hell, they're below average for a 17 year old.
I don't do max lifts, but bench is 145 lbs with 8 reps and 3-5 sets, all about how great I'm feeling on the day of the workout. A thread like this is fine, except it should be about the workout, different machines in the gym, how to start, how to progress and so on. Not about bragging.
