It was actually Penn & Tellers Bullshit! episode about marijuana that made me open my eyes and see past the government propaganda about 3-4 years ago. Withouth them I would probably be a close-minded narco-nazi like the rest of Sweden by now :o

I love the fact that they don't do drugs at all and still see past the ignorant bullshit.

They have no idea what they are talking about when they try to convince us that some cannabis is going to make us rape our mothers and get psychosis. The goverment hires old junkies that goes around at schools and they talk about their troubled past. When they talk about hard drugs like heroin and speed i fully agree with them. But when they talk about cannabis everything i am told are just lies. Almost everyone here in sweden have been brainwashed with the "hashpsychosis" myth and that everyone will get it if they take a puff. What they should worry about is the extreme increase of alcohol comsumption here in sweden. Almost everyone between the ages of 14-17 gets drunk every week. But here in sweden we don't see alcohol as a drug.. When i try to tell people that they disagree and say that alcohol is not a drug and that only "drugs" are drugs...

Every teenager I know gets so drunk on the weekends they get blackouts and can barely stand, but nobody cares about that. However, if someone smokes a joint on the weekends, chill out infront of the TV with some snacks and just have a good time they're called druggies, hated by most of their friends and treated like fucking murderers. 'tis one of the reasons I'm considering moving to Holland once I finish university.

Alcohol is a drug, blabla. Now, how many semi-stoner do you think drinks as well as smokes? At least half. Some people are kinda ignoring that.. Potheads I mean.

I can't remember what it's called, but I saw this site that had all these statistics about the war on drugs. And it showed how much money is wasted on the war of drugs with the amount being almost constantly updated.
