it looks like they're cramming a LOT into this which can be good or bad
its treyarch, so i can have a shred of faith
this looks amazing.
why on earth do treyarch persist on making zombies SO FUCKING OVER THE TOP?
There's like 7 sidequests and a storyline and 8 things you have to collect or turn on in each fucking zombies level, what on earth was wrong with "Hey, try not to die from zombies plus here's a special thing"?
It looks interesting, i'll give you that, but I just want to fucking murder some zombies and that only.
I'd be okay with this being a standalone game.
What on earth did that have to do with CoD Black Ops lol
Did that have anything to do with the "Zombies Metaplot"? It just looks like Celebrity Cameos in some weird pseudo 1920/30's Broadway plus Lovecraft monsters. Jesus christ.
I find it funny how it all started out as this;

If I remember correctly, the idea was very close to being canned during the development of WaW, looks like they made the right call though :v:
People are saying they are ripping off bioshock.
What even.

IIRC it was something a group of employees were working on in their free time.
Fallout voice actor?
I get to punch the shit out of zombies as The Goon with Ron Perlman's voice?
Oh man, sign me up.
Whoa, I'm actually really digging this. Even though I know zombies is just monotonous wave killing, that setting looks really ace.
And holy fuck that cast. Chef Goldblum? Yes please.
At around 1:30, is it just me or did they just get possessed by The Darkness?

He has been in a lot more then Fallout

Honestly, Zombies isn't just wave-killing. Waves are a big part of it but the other part is enhancing weapons, unlocking more of the map, and fulfilling objectives to try and win out. This isn't Killing Floor 2, or Firefight from Halo, or Horde Mode from Gears of War - survival is part of the game, but not the main name.

Yep.
Call of The Darkness: Mankind Divided 3
i like the aesthetic
If they released a standalone game with all teh Zombie maps there have ever been I would probably buy that shit on launch, so many good times had with friends playing through the levels.
On this though I hope they do something to mix up the meta, all other Zombie maps basically turned into a load of strict rules that everyone followed, and if you decided to do something different you where "playing it wrong". A degree of randomisation in the map layout or weapon locations or something like that would make the game more about survival using what you had, rather than just working out what to do and doing it over and over again.
Is this bad if I'm hyper for CoD Black ops 3 ? It's just looks so damn fancy.
While I find the new CODs to be pretty much the same shit all the time, I find it highly respectable that Treyarch is willing to take risks and make things different.
I can't honestly say that I disliked any of Treyarch's CoD games. Sure they all had the Call of Duty formula that not everyone is a fan of, including myself, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy their single player and zombie modes for their entertainment value.

Kevin Lavine invented the 40s.
the only thing that is disappointing me is the guns still sound so underwhelming but it is a call of duty game
I'm not a big fan of CoDs multiplayer aside from Modern Warfare 1, but zombies has always been a lot of fun and I actually really want to see how this plays
Another call of duty? Zombies would be the only reason i buy the game. It's just recycled garbage by now
i've never really enjoyed the cod zombies game (and this looks to be more of the same so w/e) but the atmosphere and voice acting is pretty great

Treyarch is really the only one making good CoD games though. Advanced Warfare was ok but everytime Treyarch releases a CoD game it's better than their previous one.
Treyarch cods are the only cods worth getting. especially in port quality. ghosts was awful (like, stuttering every 2 seconds unless you signed out of your steam friends, really?) and AW was only..okay, even though it had a good amount of options.

You say that like I shouldn't be excited. Fuck all of you, I'm excited. This one is doing something different. All of the Treyarch CoDs (except Cod 3) have all been amazing. You complain they never do anything new, and then they do and you complain some more cause "myeh this looks ridiculous." Who gives a shit? If it's fun it can be as lovecraftian as it want to be.
Bunch of man-babies.

The campaign for AW was really good and if you listen to all the Intel & replay the campaign, you'll realize that Kevin Spacey's character was definitely one of the more well-written characters in Western gaming.
