• First real attempt at using colour in my digital paintings.

I'm a sucker for just making black and white drawings/paintings, I find it more contrasting, easier to use and most often than not just nicer to look at. But tonight I actually tried some proper colouring and for a first I can't grumble too much though there is a huge amount to improve on. Looks nice. Read up some stuff on colour bleeding and such and conduct practises. Daoulpu did something where he placed two plates of material, painted colour on one and then painted the colour bleed on other. He learnt quite a bit.

He learnt quite a bit.[/QUOTE] Yeah it's a really new concept to me...trying to blend/bleed in colours, it's a whole new twist and quite enjoyable actually. I'll have a look through what Daoulpu's been doing. Thanks for the comments so far guys.
