I'm sure it will get pc game of the year on console focused sites such as gametrailers.
Every site that reviews games is console focused these days.
Good review, multiplayer's sub-par as expected.
Few grammatical errors here and there but nothing an edit can't fix.

As expected? Go play it. It's amazing.
The review is brief to say the least... The whole multiplayer section is devoted to the matchmaking system, with few words on gameplay. I don't know why it got a 6. Sure this game is hyped, but not necessarily over-hyped. It is a damn good game and the multiplayer is as addictive as it is exciting. Still, the fact the game is even popular means that "hardcore gamers" have to declare the game as "sub-par" and worthless...
This game is in no way amazing. I played it once, liked it and uninstalled it, never to play again.
It's a pretty decent game, but hey who cares about others opinions?
I played it, isn't as special as the first MW2 but it definitely belongs on the list of CoD games

Yeah actually I thought the multiplayer was great, there wasn't as much a selection of perks or weapons but it doesn't feel glitchy or anything, dedi servers would be nice though
singleplayer could have gotten a 6
Multiplayer should get a 9 just because its rated highest in gaming community right now and is a blast to play.
Multiplayer deserves a much higher score.
Oh well, opinions.

MW2 is fun. It's not as good as CoD 4, no doubt, but it does have a nice staying power to me, the experiences I've had of MP are fun, and Spec ops is a great laugh to work through
8.5, but I can't think of any other games that this year that would score more for me

I like how they concentrated on MP this time, even if they just used the leftovers to make the SP campaign, multiplayer has been the selling point since MW1

Trust me, if I wrote a review for MW2 (as I was originally planning on doing before I got to be too busy with other matters) the scores would have been about the same, except the graphics and gameplay sections would not have been scored as high as they were. MP would have been about the same, easily.
