It;s a real thing, many YouTube videos are fake, but I happen to be one of those people who actually lives with a person like that who isnt faking.

IMO that can be worse, depending on if you are a big WoW fan or not. I hate the game in its entire mondo Warlock jizz and Paladin spewing. (pardon my jargon)
