I got another goodie for Christmas, a WG 6" Silver Revolver! Unboxing: The box art is very nice compared to other guns, although I personally they put too much shit on it to look remotely nice. It speaks of black and silver revolvers in the lengths of 4", 6", and 8". It also has a full paragraph in very small font telling you: [code]DANGER: NOT A TOY WARNING: NOT A TOY ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIRED. MISUSE OR CARELESS USE MAY CAUSE INJURY OR DEATH, PARTICULARLY TO THE EYE. MAY BE DANGEROUS UP TO 90M(98 YARDS) THIS IS A HIGH POWERED CO2 GUN RECOMMENDED FOR USE BY THOSE 16 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS MANUAL BEFORE USING. THE PURCHASER AND USER SHOULD CONFORM TO ALL LAWS GOVERNING THE USE AND OWNERSHIP OF CO2 GUNS. DO NOT BRANDISH OF DISPLAY THIS CO2 GUN IN PUBLIC. IT MAY CONFUSE PEOPLE AND MAY BE A CRIME. POLICE AND OTHERS MAY THINK THIS IS A FIREARM. DO NOT CHANGE THE COLORATION AND MARKINGS TO MAKE IT LOOK MORE LIKE A FIREARM. THAT IS DANGEROUS AND MAY BE A CRIME.[/code] :ohdear: [img_thumb]http://img38.imageshack.us/img38/8577/hpim0990.jpg[/img_thumb] Now that the wall of text has scared you enough you may proceed to ake the top off: [img_thumb]http://img12.imageshack.us/img12/4536/hpim0991.jpg[/img_thumb] In here we see a gun, two RIS rails, six shells, a speed loader, and some "HIGH QUALITY BB BULLETS" allegedly made by WG. Due to the fact that the gun has no place for the bbs to be broken in, I suppose you can put any bbs in this gun. Performance: I place an Airsoft Elite .25 bb in each shell and take aim, coking the hammer before each shot. I get these groupings: [img_thumb]http://img683.imageshack.us/img683/4617/hpim0995.jpg[/img_thumb] As you see, two shots landed in the circle, three got pretty close, and one had mental problems and decided to go and run off and hide in the corner. Moving back to 50 feet I shot six more. One bb hit the target. This bb was not in the circle either. I have no pictures. I got a friend to turn around at 50 feet with a thin t-shirt on. I shot him in the center of the back and after much cursing and yelling he told me it scores 10/10 on the pain scale. Other shit you care about: The silver version of the gun is not actually silver; it's chrome. It's shiny and metallic, although it's not mirrored. The black version of the gun comes with synthetic grips while the silver version comes with very realistic fake wood grips. The cylinder does not simply drop out at the slide of the button, you must give it a little motivation by giving it a slight tap on the opposite side. The gun has RIS rails although you can only attach the bottom one. It says there is a tool to attach it in the instructions although it doesn't come with one.
I have one of these, but it's black. My friends duck and cover when i shoot at them because they know what it is. They aren't very accurate but holy shit they are powerful.
You can attach a rail to the top. On the top there should be two pins in front of the rear sight. Tap on the rear one with something thin and a hammer. Unscrew the screw on the rear sight. The rear sight will pop off. Slide the rail on, tighten the set screws, and put the pin and sight back.

I find that an American push pin works perfectly. [editline]04:27PM[/editline] Crude pain test and further range testing added.
