This is the sort of crime that has to carry the death sentence. I don't care if he thought he was doing right, he still committed a heinous crime and deserves to pay in full for it.

If he wanted the prostitute to move away and she insisted not to, instead of using brutal force he could've just filed a report to the police, stating 'there are prostitutes in said road and it is degrading the quality of life of the neighbourhood and to intervene' or something to that effect.
