• Looking for an Audio Converter

I figured that the subforum dedicated to the audible arts would know a good program that allows you to convert one audio format to another. I would prefer it to be free, or at least have a decent trial (No "converts only 60% of a file" or preferably no "conversion limit").
I just use Adobe Audition, and Save As. Dunno if that helps.
What audio formats are you looking at, in particular? Because I've yet to find a good free product (no strings attached) that handles all of them, but I have a slew of freeware programs that, combined, allow me to convert from pretty much any audio format I've seen so far into any other.

For FLAC to Mp3 I use Foobar with LAME.. Foobar can do other format's too, but I don't know what add on type things you need to do it. (Lame is super fast, 2 or 3 seconds per song) [editline]04:19PM[/editline] http://www.foobar2000.org/FAQ
Converting Audio Files to Different File Formats How do I convert my audio files to another format? Load tracks you want to convert into a playlist, right click, choose 'Convert' from the context menu, click one of sub-options. Converting functionality requires the Converter component to be installed ('Optional Features → Tools → Converter' during installation). First time you convert to some format, you will be asked for a location of a commandline encoder executable required to encode to that format (unless relevant executable can be found in your standard paths or in foobar2000 application directory). Commandline encoders for most audio formats can be found on RareWares.
