Budget surround sound?

Hello music section, I'm looking for a surround amplifier at a decent budget.

Speakers too if you like.

I'm willing to spent up to 4,000DKK on it which is around $750

I was personally thinking of a Yamaha RX V465 525Watt for 2,700DKK and then using the rest on 5 speakers and a sub.

Combine it with 2x JAMO Concert C 100Watt, then save up for 2 more, and then get a different speaker for center, and of cors a sub.

By the way, this will be used for playing bluray movies and regulare movies on. Maybe I'll connect my xbox 360 and use it for guitar hero, but other than that it's mainly movies.
Because of this, it most have preferably a couple of HDMI-In (the more the better), or atleast 2 which I'll use for a media center that i'll be playing the DVD's on, and for my xbox.
