Don't worry about it getting taken down, I've already downloaded the thing so I can re-up it in a moment's notice.
Hmm, so combat is real time and not hotkeyed. This will be interesting.
That looks pretty fucking cool actually
I'll be playing it, that's for sure
it really doesn't seem as bad as people are making it out to be
rip WoW

If it didn't have the Elder Scrolls name on it everyone would be shitting their pants. Since it's not a true Elder Scrolls game, it catches a lot of hate. I'll admit I was quick to judge.
Seems quite bad to be honest, or at least no better than any other mmorpg. Or maybe that's just me since I dislike the genre itself.
notice how the enemies attack the player even though they are a few feet away from him and their weapons don't even phisically contact him. ridiculous. So much for the innovative hit detection they were bragging about in the interviews. Graphics and animations seem a bit goofy as well, maybe it's a bit early to judge though.

your wrong
It's pretty rough around the edges but I wouldn't say it looks bad.

have you ever even heard of a beta
the fact that this itself is a beta is honestly p exciting because it's already well shapen up

I had no idea at what point the development is, I'm just commenting on what I see. That's why I said it might be too eary to judge.
The thing I most dislike about mmorpgs is the lock-on attack system that most of them have, so I'm just concearned that this game might be one of those. And for now it seems that way, but as I said it's early to say so we'll just have to wait and see.
it looks okay
which is about 100 times better than i expected it to be.
Maybe it's just the person playing but that was really boring to watch.
Looks nothing like an Elder Scrolls game.
Not bad, could be a hell of a lot worse. Questing seems fun, too. Would love to see footage of a raid or something of a grander scale, though.
Not bad, not good. I can tell it's not late in development. Time can only tell what this game will be like.
The person playing this is spastic as fuck.
I think it looks very bad. And the interface is like something from 2001.
now I know they're trying their hardest to make it play like an Elder Scroll's game, but I think they've done the animation shittification too well, they need to dial it back a bit
yeah I'll play it but its exactly what I expected; extremely bland and uninteresting. Its neat how much they've gotten it to look like Skyrim, but the combat looks like S+M1 and it stenches of MMO conventions that everyones tired of.
In before this goes free to play with classes you have to pay to unlock
Is it going to be free-to-play? I don't see this succeeding with a subscription.
you guys are overreacting. this is obviously pretty early in development, very early beta, and it actually looks really good for that.
I'll look forward to seeing what the finished product looks like
Looks a real awful lot like WoW
Not necessarily a bad thing tho.
Much worse than I expected. I can't enjoy the look of the game at all after playing something like Guild Wars 2. That game was gorgeous.. I'll still give it a go at release though, being a fan of Elder Scrolls for so long kind of makes it that way.
It looks very boring to be honest, the combat just seems to be "run around and avoid attacks while you auto attack the enemy", and the landscape looks kinda generic too (no real atmoshphere, dwemer (which for some reason is called dwarven, which is just stupid) looks very static while in Skyrim you had these pipes which steam was leaking out and machines doing stuff all over the place all the time), can't say the clothes look generic because they always are at the start of any RPG
Yeah.
The ships were 2x larger than in skyrim and 3x larger compared to Oblivions, and they were more empty.
Also the scale of the docks were too exaggerative.
And the island felt too small and boring.
Npc's were dull and they didn't have their daily routine, like they did in the previous games.
This didn't feel like TES :/
Diagonal running animations 10/10
