DEA raided Headshop near me

The above has more information, but they basically came in and took all the pipes and stuff, turning off the inside cameras, blocking out the windows with newspaper. Boxed it up and took it somewhere probably never to be seen. Apparently many shops were raided that day, nothing is safe.

This pisses me off, the shop was pretty big and run really well. Clean, they took my ID when I walked in the store, very professional. They stopped selling the synthetic crap a while ago. The guy there blew his own glass and there was some pretty nice pieces.

I was going to buy a vape and/or bong there this summer, but I guess that's not happening.

Sounds like such bullshit busywork, what do they think they're accomplishing? People can't get glass then they're just gonna smoke from papers or an apple or some shit.

My buddy is a regular to the shop and he said they were raided last year for synthetic cannabonoids (all legal ones) and then they stopped selling all "herbs" or "legal highs". All they sold during the time of this raid was glassware and accessories. That's why it's fucked up

The shop has recovered pretty strong I'd say. Not quite as much stuff as they use to have, but they have some nice stuff in there. I picked up this today.

I wouldn't be surprised if they did that to a local head-shop here. Not only does it sell synthetics, but the first time I walked in (was also the last time for various reasons) the place reeked of marijuana and the guy behind the counter was obviously baked as fuck.

like how sus is that, talk about 4/20 easter celebration and stuff, then raided less than a month later after DEA may or may not have went through all the processes to plan, get paperwork, etc etc

maybe its not a good idea to promote easter as a head shop lololololol
