I woke up and now I'm left handed. - General

Before I start. Yes, I was right handed before this incident. So, yesterday was a normal Saturday afternoon. I was playing minecraft like a boss, eating chips like a fat ass and I got a new haircut. I'm walking up the stairs to get some more fatass chips when suddenly, my little brother comes from behind the corner, with a mask I used for halloween around 5 years back. He screams his lungs out while I'm falling backwards. I hit my head on the wall and I'm knocked out for around 4 hours. (Stupid, I know.) So, I wake up in the ER with a huge ass headache. Then I realized that my right arm is substantially weaker, while my left arm feels more dominant. The doctor diagnoses me with something that sounded like air blowing in to my ears. I'm still drowzy as hell and couldn't understand a thing he said. I'm in the ER for another 2 hours before I was able to leave. Once I get home, I immediately run to my room and grab a pencil and a paper. I start to write stuff down with my right hand. Then I write stuff with my left hand. The results are jaw dropping. My right hand writing is absolute shit, while my left hand writing looks as though it was Shakespeare's hand writing. I'm confused but also curious as to what is going to happen now. I'm not worried that much. Playing sports, using basic hand tools and a few other things are gonna be things that I have to get used to. I asked my parents and they said the doctor didn't know anything about what happened to me. I tried looking it up on google with no results at all. If anyone could find out what happened to me, I would be pleased to know. Sorry for the absence of an MSPAINT comic.

Then once you get there, the doctor diagnoses you. You can't understand the diagnosis and your parents don't bother to remember it or write it down? Then on top of that you weren't able to find the answer with google? Sounds legit to me.
