I despiiiiiiiiiiise the fact that my Scion xD has such a strange tire size.
For some reason, the Scion xD tires stock are 195/60R16 85H, which only three companies make. It costs between $90 to $250 per tire (without installation).
Any of you guys have this problem with your car, where you can't find a SINGLE after market producer that makes em?

That is a weird size. Tire sizes are dependent on wheel sizes though. Maybe you could find a decent deal on new wheels as well. As long as you ensure it fits in the wheel well that would give you a lot more options in the future. As far as the prices go, that's about right for a tire.

That's not that unusual of a tire size. It's actually the same size I ran on my slips before I changed two of the tires.
The Corvette, though, uses 9.5" wide wheels, with a 255/50R16 tire, which cost upwards of $125 each. Ridiculous.
You could always pick a similar size. 205/55/16 and 205/60/16 are close. 205/55/16 is a very popular size
205/55R16 is exactly what I replaced those two tires with, actually.
