I've been experimenting with ink drawing and doing washes in watercolor. After a few (a lot) of failures I think I have a couple worth posting.

Wow. These all have a deep meaning and are really cool concepts that I can really appreciate.

Artistic x 1
A few worth posting? These are some of the best pieces I've seen on facepunch; completely awesome. First one is my favourite.
Wow they are amazing
Very impressive, I'd love to see more of your work.
I love the style, great work. Can we see the failures, just to see the work put in?
They are all really neat, i particularly like the colors in the first one.
Why not step it up and sell a few of these? I'd buy one if i had the money. ;)
I especially like numbers 1 and 3. The shading in number 3 is simply incredible.
how much do you want for the bird ??
Holy shit. Are you selling the first one?
Wow.
Holy shit this is amazing
I have to say I love the first one. I start the bidding at £5. Don't take that as an insult, thats all the money I have left over at the moment.
times like this is when I wish I could draw better than a stick man. and even then the arms and legs are misproportioned
Mind=blown
Do more like this, they're amazing!
what did you use for inking an old school pen?
I love these. You should post more. Got a homepage (or some site) where you post your art?
Truly inspirational stuff right here. It pretty much looms above almost everything else ever posted in this forum.
Wow, thanks for the positive feedback guys. I appreciate it!
Here's a little sketch I did at work today.
I'll use this as a blueprint and do a large finished version over the next few days.

EDIT:
Also, here are a few WIP shots. Sorry for the quality, my phone's camera is a little shoddy.

I'm not a fan of surreal stuff but these are too good to look away from.
Looking back at your threads I see you've come a long way.
You make me cry in a good way. I feel like you could go reallllllllly far with continued work. Hell, I'd buy some of these. I absolutely love the null and void piece... and the crow... and the tower... and all of it. But those are the three I, myself, would purchase. Are you going to put together a portfolio on these projects (and future similar projects) for a gallery? Don't undersell yourself!
awesome, definatly post more as they come, its some of the coolest art I can say i've liked
Slap these on T-Shirts plz.
How did you achive so smooth shading with a marker pen?
It all looks like you're a professional, but you did few stupid perspective/shape/anatomical mistakes here and there.
On the jokertownthingy the judge's hammer on the right side is really wonky, and hands on both of those judges are very undetailed and kind-of wrong-ish.
You seem to have troubles with the eye positioning overall.
On the first one the cubes are wonky and aren't perfect cubes, like you give out an impression, they should be.
They're all awesome and impressive, but you make some really stupid/lazy mistakes under all that beautiful, balanced colouring and shading and composition.
Cool to see that you've red that MV short story.
These are amazing!
Keep up the good work.
I like your style pretty much. Nice work dude.

Thanks for the crits dude.
All of the pen shading is stipple; I can get a smoother effect as opposed to hatching.
Slap these on T-Shirts plz.
I'm working on that actually, check out http://www.designbyhumans.com/
I'm going to submit a few things there, if anything gets accepted I'll post a link or two.

Not yet, but maybe when I have a sizable enough portfolio.
How you even came up with the diea for that floating thingy amazes me on its own. Let alone how awesome the drawings are.

Cool. I'm working on a marker-watercolour myself, I'll give it a go.
I love surrealism, my favorite style.
I really just love the second one. It's so fucking deep, and true, and amazing.
