How the hell did he do all those camera angles at the end? I figure you can use NVIDIA Ansel for the ones where everything is frozen but how the hell did he do that when the game is still running and moving?

I just want the jacket from Colorado without the hat. You can get the hat one with Elusive targets but I don't like unnecessary hats.

I think it's less evaporating and more like it's exploding with so much force to the ragdolls that they basically teleport. Which is how that one body was found, probably by teleporting next to a patrol or some such.
