Anytime I see something like that in TF2 and I'm on the other team, I just join in on the party and have fun.
The people in this video acted totally oblivious to the whole sandvich party and just killed everyone, which is usually what happens (Gotta kill the other team, right? Yeah!!!)

Too lazy to be honest. I turn off all the quake sounds ingame (the rickroll one can't be), but it only happens when a team wins a round in under 4 minutes so I don't really care enough to do anything about it.
