Before I start, I live in the UK.
Today i was riding my bike- just minding my own business, when i started to cross the road to go to the nearest taco bell. when all of a sudden i hear brakes screech and notice a man speeding up right behind me, i instantly get angry because i was on a cross walk, and the man in the car was supposed to stop at the stop light.
so later i follow him to the nearest tesco on my bike- yelling at him about his improper driving skills, he just rolls his eyes- gives me the finger and drives off.
So was it his fault for his lack of motor skills or my fault for crossing the road when i am on the sidewalk?
TL;DR: I nearly got hit by a car.

You're lucky. In 2004, I was struck down by a car while riding a bike. I was crossing a road junction when this car hit me. Thank goodness I only suffer minor scratches.
At least you had a close call. I am telling the truth. I am urging all you cyclist to be more careful on the road. Cyclist fatality is no laughing matter. I'm a cyclist myself. you don't want to make motorist upset that they run over you. Please be careful
